How to Download the Amazon Kindle App (with video)

We’re living in a truly wonderful age. Not only are ebooks sold just about everywhere but you can read them on multiple devices. That means information, stories, and ideas can be shared (and are being shared) with more people than at any other time in human history. That’s something marvelous and to be celebrated.

For the Amazon Kindle users of the world, they have some extra perks where they can can start reading a book on their Kindle Device, then go to their computer and read it on the Kindle Desktop, AND THEN they can even go to their mobile device and read it on the Amazon Kindle App. Thanks to Amazon’s whispersync technology, the reader never loses the place they left off at in their book. They just keep reading.

In case you don’t already have the Amazon Kindle App downloaded to your device, here’s a four step guide and tutorial video. These instructions are for Apple iOS users but the instructions are similar for Android OS users.

How to Download the Amazon Kindle App for Apple iOS
  • Step One: Visit the App Store on your Apple device (Android users visit Google Play)
  • Step Two: Search for Kindle App & download it to your device.
  • Step Three: Open the app and login into your Amazon Account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one at http://www.amazon.com/
  • Step Four: Use the search bar at the top to search for the book you want to read (e.g. 2149 Emergence by Anthony Nanfito). Once you find the book you’re looking for you can download it directly to your device. Happy reading!

Once you finish reading a book, please consider leaving a review. Remember:  If you enjoyed reading a book, leave a review and tell the world!
